Customer Experience Specialist

About the Role:
At Domestic & General Service Gmbh, we strive to make the world a better place, one repair at a time. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional experience to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers in French, offering them insurance products and registering their appliances. You will be the first point of contact for customers who have purchased new appliances, capturing their details and explaining the legal warranty and additional consumer insurance options. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong commercial skills, be proficient in sales techniques, and have excellent customer service skills. You will also be expected to work to targets, adapt to changes in products, and provide insightful feedback on processes and best practices. If you are a strong communicator, able to multitask, and navigate multiple systems, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in French, offering insurance products and registering their appliances
- Capture customer details and explain the legal warranty and additional consumer insurance options
- Work to targets, adapt to changes in products, and provide insightful feedback on processes and best practices
Requirements:
- French native speaker
- At least 6 months of phone sales experience
- Understanding of excellent customer service delivery factors that enable sales
- Understanding of First contact resolution
- Understanding of up-selling & cross-selling
- Familiarisation with contact centre computerised systems
- Experience with contact centre telephony & terminology
What We Offer:
- Permanent contract
- 100% teleworking or hybrid if you live in Madrid
- Monday to Friday from 09:00-18:00 (40h)
- Salary above agreement
