Job Summary

As a Financial Operations Specialist at Td Synnex, you will play a critical role in managing vendor receivables and transferring credit from vendors to customers. This position requires strong analytical and numerical skills, as well as excellent communication and time management abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations and credit transfers to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Handle vendor invoicing for customer marketing activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor bot performance and adapt to customer needs to optimize credit transfer processes.
  • Proactively resolve aged receivables to minimize financial losses and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
  • Reconcile P&L monthly to ensure accurate financial reporting and identify areas for improvement.
  • Review customer credits and assess P&L impact to inform business decisions.
  • Support GL reconciliations and MJE documentation to maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills within a finance environment.
  • Clear and confident communication skills to effectively communicate financial matters to non-finance staff.
  • Time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Engagement with business and vendors with a commercial approach to drive business growth.
  • Experience in Accounts Receivables or General Finance.
  • Microsoft Office experience, including Excel intermediate level and above.
  • Experience with SAP is desired.
