Financial Operations Specialist

Xcenda, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations department, you will be responsible for maintaining tariffs for client billing needs, procuring necessary information for customer file updates, and interacting with inter-departmental associates and management to ensure billing accuracy.
Key Responsibilities- Tariff Management: Collaborate with the Sales department to maintain accurate tariffs for client billing needs.
- Customer File Updates: Procure all necessary information and paperwork for updating customer files, including special rates, routings, packaging, and discounts.
- Inter-Departmental Collaboration: Interact frequently with inter-departmental associates and management to capture related costs for billing accuracy.
- Adjustments and Communications: Prepare adjustments (voids/credit memos) when necessary and communicate globally with other offices.
- Education: Broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar vocations, typically obtained through completion of a two-year associate's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Experience: Normally requires less than one (1) year directly related experience. SAP experience is preferred.
- Skills and Knowledge: Ability to communicate in English and Italian effectively both orally and in writing, work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and possess knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
