Job Summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing vendor receivables and transferring credit from vendors to customers from our accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the daily management of vendor receivables, ensuring timely and accurate processing of credit transfers.
  2. Vendor Invoicing: Handle vendor invoicing for customer marketing activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Bot Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of our bots and adapt to customer needs, ensuring seamless execution of credit transfers.
  4. Aged Receivables Resolution: Proactively resolve aged receivables, minimizing delays and ensuring timely payment.
  5. Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement monthly, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  6. Customer Credits Review: Review customer credits and assess the impact on the P&L statement, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  7. General Ledger Reconciliations: Support General Ledger (GL) reconciliations and maintain accurate documentation for MJE (Material, Labor, and Equipment) records.
Requirements
  1. Analytical and Numerical Skills: Possess strong analytical and numerical skills, with experience in a finance environment.
  2. Communication Skills: Demonstrate clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to explain financial matters to non-finance staff.
  3. Time Management and Prioritization: Possess excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  4. Commercial Approach: Engage with business and vendor partners with a commercial approach, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships.
  5. Accounts Receivables Experience: Possess experience in Accounts Receivables or General Finance, with a strong understanding of financial processes and procedures.
  6. Microsoft Office Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate-level Excel skills and above.
  7. SAP Experience: Experience with SAP is desired, but not required.
