Your Role

As a Care Team Senior Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of dedicated care professionals across multiple locations, including KL, Nairobi, and Madrid. Your key objectives will be to motivate your teams to achieve production levels and targets, ensure effective processing controls are in place, and champion efforts that enhance the provider experience and satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

* Lead dedicated care teams across the globe in an efficient and effective manner
* Build and maintain a culture of provider centricity
* Meet operational KPIs within the team in terms of production, quality, TAT, and others
* Analyze support workflows and suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness
* Manage schedules of team members according to customer/provider demand
* Assess capacity planning for your segments and follow up on absences and coverage strategies
* Participate in forecasting and budgeting for customer service and track actual performance against plan
* Produce meaningful, accurate management reports and statistical information
* Maintain regular contact with Client Management, Service Ops, Clinical, and other Cigna internal stakeholders

Your Profile

We are looking for a seasoned leader with a minimum of 2 years' experience leading operational teams. If you have a proven track record of driving service excellence and improving provider experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
