Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent at Marriott International, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This includes checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check in and out guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Assign rooms to guests, taking into account their preferences and any special requests
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process payments and handle cash handling duties
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and room assignments
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless service
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
