Estamos en búsqueda de un Digital Talent Acquisition Partner (freelance) que nos ayude a encontrar el mejor talento para las principales scale-ups o hubs corporativos digitales en España y Europa.

Responsabilidades

  • Responsable del proceso de selección completo, siendo capaz de cerrar en tiempo y con la suficiente autonomía la vacante designada.
  • Colaborar con el People Operations Partner de Merlin para establecer los requisitos de selección, canales de comunicación y poder buscar al perfil idóneo.
  • Preparar informes de candidatos con una calidad muy alta, en base a los requisitos solicitados y siendo específico.
  • Seguimiento con los candidatos y con el cliente si es el caso.
  • Coordinar horarios, organizar viajes, alojamiento, etc.

Requisitos

  • Perfil freelance con experiencia en selección de perfiles digitales, con la capacidad para liderar de forma autónoma procesos de selección completos.
  • Experiencia en selección de perfiles de ventas en países europeos.
  • Experiencia en selección 360o: perfiles IT, product, mkt, data, etc.
  • Mentalidad orientada al negocio, la calidad y el detalle.
  • Fuerte experiencia en búsqueda directa y reclutamiento a través de redes sociales.
  • Facilidad para el contacto con las personas y excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
  • Hablar español e inglés.
  • Vivir en España.
