Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Management Performance and Processes Manager to join our team at Boston Scientific. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring talent management processes to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Management: Develop and execute talent management strategies to identify, develop, and retain top talent within the organization.
- Performance Management: Drive all activities associated with the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, performance rating calibration, and development planning.
- Succession Planning: Prepare and execute annual talent reviews and succession planning processes to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Key Talent Development: Support the development of key talent group members through regular career conversations, individual development plans, and coaching and mentoring.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Data Analytics, and Enterprise Talent Management, to ensure alignment and consistency in talent management processes and initiatives.
- Knowledge and Experience: Proven experience in talent management, performance management, and succession planning, with a strong understanding of strategic workforce planning and data analytics.
- Communication and Facilitation Skills: Excellent communication and facilitation skills to serve diverse customer groups and provide a great customer experience.
- Coaching Certification: Relevant coaching certification and experience, or willingness to obtain certification.
- Instructional Design and Career Management: Experience in instructional design and individual career management, or willingness to learn these skills.
