Natus Neurology Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to lead our Brain and Neural Pathways business in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute market penetration strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Maintain and achieve sales quota for the region, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop comprehensive Go-To-Market plans that meet the unique needs of each region.
  • Ensure adequate technical and educational product support for customers, and maintain strong relationships with Neurology sales teams and marketing managers.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-product and cross-divisional product rationalization and technology sharing, and drive business growth through strategic customer meetings and trainings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • At least 5 years of related experience in the industry, with a strong analytical mindset and ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide analysis and feedback as needed.
Travel Requirements:

Intermediate to extensive travel, up to 75% depending on regional needs.
