Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Coordinator/Administrator to join our dynamic team at Leigh 'S Estates. Our ideal candidate will be an outgoing, enthusiastic individual with a passion for real estate and excellent administrative and communication skills. They will maintain a smart and professional appearance at all times.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of administration required within the office.
  • Welcome all visitors to the office.
  • Deal with all customer inquiries in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Liaise with clients to assess their needs, sales skills, and ability to convert leads into viewings.
  • Market and advertise properties, including arranging property schedules, window cards, and creating descriptions for new listings.
  • Arrange appointments with vendors and provide feedback after viewings with our sales staff.

Requirements

  • Provide all-around sales and administrative support to meet the needs of our busy real estate agency.
  • Be the first point of contact for our clients, dealing with ongoing sales inquiries, arranging appointments, and providing the highest standard of customer care.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be IT literate with strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Be a self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy person who can work well within a small team environment.
  • Be able to work under pressure and take feedback given.
