About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Lead to join our team at Bellowsservice. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for leading our Lead Generator Staff in multiple warehouses across the Bay Area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach, schedule, train, staff, and lead generate across all our North and South Bay Costco and Home Depot locations.
- Provide LG duties in home base warehouse or warehouses short on staffing.
- Provide coaching, supervisory, training, scheduling, and other administrative duties.
- Work with retail warehouse managers and scheduling team.
- Maintain and stock kiosk booths.
- Gain potential customer details as leads for our outside sales and comfort advisors.
- Communicate with outside sales people and lead follow-up.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer support.
- Work independently, including weekends.
Requirements:
- Professionalism in the warehouse.
- Ability to coach, lead, and motivate others.
- Reliable transportation (fuel reimbursement provided).
- Clean and professional appearance.
- Ability to stand for hours a week.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Able to speak clearly and professionally.
- Strong ability to generate sales.
What We Offer:
- Hourly compensation: $25-$28 (based on experience).
- Spiff pay with this position based on team performance and lead generation.
- Fuel reimbursement for travel to warehouses.
