Multilingual Sales Expert to Boost European Presence

At NordicJobsWorldwide, we're on the hunt for a highly skilled Multilingual Sales Expert to join our team in Madrid, Spain.
We're looking for someone with a passion for sales and a knack for building strong relationships with publishers. As a key player in our European expansion, you'll be responsible for acquiring Polish publishers and strengthening our market presence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and acquiring new Polish publishers through effective communication and negotiation
- Becoming a trusted contact and building lasting relationships with customers
- Maintaining accurate records of leads and customer interactions using our CRM tool
- Meeting monthly targets and KPIs to drive business growth
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Native-level proficiency in Polish and advanced English skills
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a digital media or advertising environment
- A keen eye for detail and a talent for turning conversations into positive outcomes
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
In return, you can expect:
- An estimated salary of €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience
