About the Role
Lodgify is a fast-growing company leading the vacation rental industry with our innovative software. We're seeking a skilled Retention Agent to join our Customer Success team in a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage collections activities to reduce overdue amounts and upgrade existing customer accounts.
- Handle incoming cancellation requests from customers and create tailor-made proposals to retain them on our platform.
- Own the Billing/Collection part of our business, contacting customers by phone and informing other teams to improve the process.
- Upgrade and expand our customers by offering upsells and assisting with billing questions and payment issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to report issues, request actions, and drive product improvements.
- Record all important activities and insights gathered throughout the collection process and follow up accordingly.
Requirements
- 2+ years of related working experience.
- High level of Microsoft package experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Italian language skills are a plus.
- Organization and negotiation skills.
- Great adaptability and proactivity.
