Key Responsibilities
  1. Employee Experience Manager: Oversee the planning and execution of internal events, celebrations, and team-building activities to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  2. Culture Ambassador: Develop and implement strategies to promote Tropicfeel's culture and values through regular newsletters, people reports, and engagement initiatives.
  3. Office Manager: Ensure the well-being and comfort of employees within the workspace, maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
  4. Supplier Management: Negotiate contracts, prices, and leases with external suppliers and company perks providers to optimize benefits for employees.
  5. Onboarding Specialist: Provide a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, serving as their partner and guide during their first month.
  6. Facilities Manager:
  7. Monitor and maintain the office's inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure a smooth operation.
  8. Health and Safety Officer: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, monitoring and addressing any concerns or issues.
