As an HR Business Partner, you'll play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business success.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and select top talent for open positions, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Optimize and ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements, providing expert advice to employees and managers.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including managers, employees, and partners.
  • Implement performance management processes and career development initiatives that drive employee growth.
  • Coordinate training and development programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Supervise timely payroll processing in Spain, collaborating with local partners and team members.
  • Lead a member of the HR Team in Spain, providing guidance and support.
Your Ideal Profile:
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • In-depth knowledge of Spanish employment legislation.
  • Excellent advisory skills, with a passion for helping managers navigate HR issues.
  • Ability to recruit, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.

The HR team at Spacewell is a dynamic and enthusiastic group, consisting of a CHRO, two HRBPs, and three supporting HR colleagues. As an HR Business Partner, you'll be part of a collaborative team that values ownership and employee growth.
