Job Title: HR Business Partner

Coty is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Barcelona Hub. As a key member of our HR team, you will work closely with our HR Lead and Business Leaders to drive HR activities and contribute to the overall success of Coty.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders and employees to drive talent development and coordinate talent reviews.
  • Lead annual process for priorities setting and performance and talent assessments.
  • Coordinate recruiting process with external partners.
  • Manage training needs and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Manage ongoing employee relations matters and liaise with HR operations team.

Requirements:
  • University degree in related field (Business, Psychology, Law, etc.).
  • 7 years of experience in HR, 2 of them as HRBP.
  • Fluency in English and advanced Spanish skills.
  • Experience in recruiting, compensation and benefits, labour law, people development, and organization performance knowledge.
  • Flexibility and strong communication skills.
