Job Title: HR Business Partner

About the Role:

The HR Business Partner will act as a key strategic partner, facilitator, and liaison for HR-related activities for their assigned client group/s. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an employee champion and change agent, assessing and anticipating HR-related needs.
  • Align and interact with HR teams around the globe to deliver value-added service in line with the HR Global Strategic plan.
  • Work closely with Global HR functions such as compensation, benefits, HRIS, and external consultants.
  • Develop, maintain, and ensure consistency with HR practices, policies, procedures, and programs in place in the given site.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
