Job Title: HR Business Partner

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Coty team as an HR Business Partner. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the business leaders and employees of the Barcelona Hub.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders and employees to drive business outcomes and improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement talent development strategies to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Lead annual priority setting and performance assessments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate recruiting processes and manage training needs to support business growth.
  • Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness in compensation and benefits.

Requirements:
  • University degree in Business, Psychology, Law, or related field.
  • 7 years of experience in HR, with 2 years as an HR Business Partner.
  • Fluency in English and advanced Spanish skills.
  • Experience in recruiting, compensation, and benefits, labor law, people development, and organization performance.
