Marketing Strategist Role at Act Second

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Innovator to join our team at Act Second. In this role, you will have the opportunity to craft and implement engaging marketing strategies that not only resonate with our customers but also elevate our brand in the market.

As a Strategic Marketing Innovator, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive retention marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive customer loyalty and repeat purchases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retention Strategy Development: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive retention marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive customer loyalty and repeat purchases.
  • Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
  • PR: Develop and execute PR strategies.
  • SEO: Manage SEO across different websites.
  • SEM: Manage SEM, with help of the Paid Media team.
  • Campaign Analysis: Utilize data analytics to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for email, SMS, and affiliate marketing campaigns.
  • Influencer Marketing: Implement influencer marketing strategies.
  • Social Media: Manage social media channels, act as a Community Manager for low engagement account across LinkedIn, Instagram and X.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing for email, SEO, SEM, and affiliate campaigns to determine the most effective strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in retention marketing, with a strong focus on email, SMS, and affiliate marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful retention marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo), social media marketing tools, and affiliate marketing software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Salary and Benefits
