Job Title: Training and Implementation Specialist

About Us: DentalMonitoring is a MedTech scale-up in the fast-growing medical field of orthodontic treatment optimization.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new customers and create custom workflows tailored to their needs.
  • Train new clinicians and dental teams to use the DentalMonitoring suite of solutions.
  • Nurture existing customers to maximize the benefits of the DentalMonitoring Artificial Intelligence technology and dashboard.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to endorse the DentalMonitoring brand and continue to use and advocate the DentalMonitoring products.
  • Act as a technical bridge between customers and the DentalMonitoring platform.
  • Support and attend local trade shows.
  • Work and communicate with regional sales managers, customer success, inside sales, and sales representatives to provide the best onboarding experience for customers.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in dentistry and/or orthodontics or equivalent degree.
  • Excellent understanding of the conceptual/consultative sales approach.
  • Consultative, training, and implementation experience.
  • Ability to build and maintain partnerships with internal and external clients.
  • High level of IT/computer science knowledge and a strong interest in new technologies.
  • Ability to act diplomatically, demonstrate listening skills, and empathy.
  • Ability to influence and provoke changes in clients' way of thinking.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, organize, and prioritize priorities.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic.
  • Independent, enthusiastic, and curious.
  • Team spirit.
