About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation and Training Manager to join our team at Datamaran. As a key member of our Client Success and Partnerships department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring new customers are onboarded to our platform efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and timely adoption of the Datamaran platform, focusing on customer satisfaction and delight.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver tailored training programs to up-skill customers on how to effectively use the platform for their Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) governance and materiality requirements.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing their queries and helping them maximize the value of the Datamaran platform.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Sales, Client Success, and Product teams to align customer needs with platform capabilities and to continuously improve our onboarding and training processes.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including training materials, user guides, and FAQs.
