Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Reservation Consultant to join our team at Accor Global Reservation Centre. As a Luxury Reservation Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by responding to guest requests, having authentic conversations, and sharing your knowledge and passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to guest requests in an unscripted environment, where you will be known as a Heartist (Heart + Artist).
  • Have authentic conversations while booking global travel experiences to luxury destinations.
  • Share your knowledge and passion for hospitality, making thoughtful recommendations to help guests choose the right room and package for their needs.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or tourism.
  • Native or proficiency level in French and fluency in English (C1-C2).
  • Comfortable with computers and new software.
  • A genuine interest in travel and hospitality.
  • An ability to understand and respond to guests' needs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A solid understanding of service principles and best practices.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • A curious and eager attitude for self-development.
  • A collaborative and respectful attitude in a diverse multicultural environment.
