Job Summary

As a Product Launch Strategist at Werfen, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our product lines. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely and effective launch of new products, while also maintaining a deep understanding of the market and our competitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Launch Planning: Develop and implement product launch strategies that meet business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and provide actionable insights to inform product development and launch decisions.
  • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, including IFUs, MSDS, and technical files, to support product launches and customer support.
  • Sales Team Support: Provide training and support to sales teams to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively promote and sell our products.
  • Marketing Materials Design: Design and develop marketing materials, including flyers, leaflets, and catalogues, to support product launches and promotional activities.
  • Product Specialist: Serve as a subject matter expert for product lines, providing technical support and guidance to customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the Logistics department to ensure smooth product delivery and inventory management.
  • Supplier Liaison: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and effective delivery of products and services.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform sales strategies and product development decisions.
  • Product Knowledge Expert: Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and market trends, and share expertise with colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • IT Engineering or Similar Technical Background
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience in the IVD Sector
  • English Spoken
  • Knowledge and Experience in Laboratory Data Management Systems Valuable
  • MBA Valuable
