We are seeking a highly skilled **Product Strategist** to lead the execution of our product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define clear products and features aligned with our business goals.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Utilizing market research, customer feedback, and data analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and optimizations.
  • Defining and prioritizing product features and requirements, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
  • Driving the product and feature development lifecycle, including discovery, ideation, documentation, validation, and launch.
  • Managing relationships with external partners and vendors, overseeing integration and collaboration efforts.
  • Monitoring key metrics and performance indicators, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management roles, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products in fintech and/or blockchain sectors.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology and its implications for product development and user interaction.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in market research, data analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools like Jira.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
