Solutions Consultant

As a Solutions Consultant at Zoho Corporation B.V., you will play a crucial role in working with the sales teams to pitch and demonstrate Zoho's SaaS solutions to prospective clients. Your primary responsibility will be to demonstrate product features, engage with potential customers across various verticals to understand their requirements, and design customized solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with potential customers through high levels of technical expertise and understanding of their business.
- Product Demonstrations: Develop detailed PoC systems based on customer requirements and perform detailed demonstrations of product capabilities.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in responding to RFPs and RFIs, and prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services.
- Feedback Loop: Convey customer feedback to the sales and product management teams to help shape future product developments.
- Support Implementation Teams: Provide detailed knowledge transfer to implementation teams and develop documentation to aid in understanding customer needs.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and company product developments.
- Proven work experience (3-6 years) as a presales engineer in the SaaS industry or a similar technical customer-facing role.
- Fluency in English and French or German is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing services and the SaaS model.
- Good understanding of one or more industry verticals is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
- A customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise software applications and platforms.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend conferences, and lead demonstrations.
- This is a full-time position with a 40-hour working week, 25 annual leave days, and a permanent contract.
