Job Title: Solutions Consultant

As a Solutions Consultant at Zoho Corporation B.V., you will play a crucial role in helping our sales teams pitch and demonstrate our SaaS solutions to prospective clients. Your primary responsibility will be to design customized solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with potential customers by understanding their business challenges and technical requirements.
  • Product Demonstrations: Develop detailed Proof of Concept (PoC) systems based on customer requirements and perform demonstrations of our product capabilities.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs). Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining our products or services to customers and prospective customers.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between the sales and product management teams, conveying customer feedback to help shape future product developments and enhancements.
  • Support Implementation Teams: Provide detailed knowledge transfer to the teams implementing the final solution after the opportunity is won. Develop detailed documentation that will aid the implementation team in understanding the needs and implementing the solution for the client.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and the latest company product developments.
  • Inter-team Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across the globe efficiently to get necessary assistance while working on a project.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a presales engineer in the SaaS industry or in a similar technical customer-facing role.
  • Fluency in English and French or German is mandatory for this role.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing services and software as a service (SaaS) model.
  • Having good understanding of one or more industry verticals is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
  • A knack for problem-solving and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise software applications and platforms.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend conferences, and lead demonstrations.
