Baxter is revolutionizing kidney care and other vital organ support with the launch of Vantive, a new company built on our legacy. As a Digital Health Consultant, you will play a critical role in deploying and supporting Digital Health Solutions in the region, providing pre-sales and sales activities, consultancy services, training services, and post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and support deployment of Digital Health Solutions in the region
  • Provide clinical software consultancy to capture the value of our offering
  • Define and design processes for small to medium-sized projects
  • Provide clinical usage training and advisory support to end-users
  • Identify, analyze, propose, and document solutions for problems and issues that may impact the project
  • Promote and share best practices with other clients and countries in the region
Requirements:
  • Strong team player with excellent customer relationship skills
  • Solid business knowledge with a sense of urgency and strong follow-up skills
  • Good knowledge of system interfacing using HL7
  • Desirable experience in clinical software development, including software languages and architectures
  • Fluent conversational and writing skills in the local language of placement, and English spoken, listening, and writing skills
