Job Title: Solutions Consultant

As a Solutions Consultant at Zoho Corporation B.V., you will play a crucial role in working with our sales teams to pitch and demonstrate our SaaS solutions to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with potential customers by understanding their business challenges and technical requirements.
  • Product Demonstrations: Develop detailed Proof of Concept (PoC) systems based on customer requirements and perform demonstrations of product capabilities.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Feedback Loop: Convey customer feedback to the sales and product management teams to help shape future product developments.
  • Implementation Support: Provide detailed knowledge transfer to implementation teams and develop documentation to aid in understanding customer needs.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and company product developments.
Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of experience as a presales engineer in the SaaS industry or a similar technical customer-facing role.
  • Fluency in English and French or German is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing services and the SaaS model.
  • Good understanding of one or more industry verticals is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A knack for problem-solving and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise software applications and platforms.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
