About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Consultant to join our team at Zoho Corporation. As a Presales Solutions Consultant, you will play a critical role in working with our sales teams to pitch and demonstrate our SaaS solutions to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Interface directly with potential customers to understand their business challenges and technical requirements. Build strong relationships through high levels of technical expertise and understanding of their business.
  • Product Demonstrations: Develop detailed Proof of Concept (PoC) systems based on customer requirements and perform detailed demonstrations of product capabilities, highlighting features that will specifically benefit them.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs). Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between the sales and product management teams, conveying customer feedback to help shape future product developments and enhancements.
  • Support Implementation Teams: Provide detailed knowledge transfer to implementation teams after the opportunity is won. Develop detailed documentation to aid implementation teams in understanding customer needs and implementing the solution.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and the latest company product developments.
  • Inter-team Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across the globe efficiently to get necessary assistance while working on a project.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Presales Engineer in the SaaS industry or a similar technical customer-facing role.
  • Fluency in English and French or German is mandatory for this role.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing services and the SaaS model.
  • Having a good understanding of one or more industry verticals is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
  • A knack for problem-solving and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise software applications and platforms.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend conferences, and lead demonstrations.
What We Offer

This is a full-time position with a 40-hour working week, 25 annual leave days, and a permanent contract.
