Job Description

As a Presales Solutions Consultant at Zoho Corporation, you will play a crucial role in working with our sales teams to pitch and demonstrate our SaaS solutions to prospective clients. Your primary responsibility will be to demonstrate product features, engage with potential customers across various verticals to understand their requirements, and design customized solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Interface directly with potential customers to understand their business challenges and technical requirements.
  • Product Demonstrations: Develop detailed proof-of-concept systems based on customer requirements and perform detailed demonstrations of product capabilities.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in responding to RFPs and RFIs, preparing and delivering technical presentations explaining products or services.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between sales and product management teams, conveying customer feedback to shape future product developments.
  • Implementation Support: Provide detailed knowledge transfer to implementation teams, developing documentation to aid in understanding customer needs.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and company product developments.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience (3-6 years) as a presales engineer in the SaaS industry or a similar technical customer-facing role.
  • Fluency in English and French or German is mandatory for this role.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing services and software as a service (SaaS) model.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise software applications and platforms.
