We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Orthodontic Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business opportunities in the orthodontic market.

As an Orthodontic Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for excellence and innovation. You will be responsible for generating sales revenue and expanding our customer base in the orthodontic market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities in the orthodontic market.
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations of our products and services to potential customers.
  • Analyze data and generate reports on sales metrics and customer engagement.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify new business opportunities and improve sales performance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the medical or dental industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer bases.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to travel extensively, up to 50% of the time.
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
