AIG is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Business Development Managers and Sales Assistant Team in the São Paulo Country Side area.

This Branch Manager will be the focal point of contact and engagement for local brokers, developing and executing strategies to improve sales on Commercial Lines and Personal Insurance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building valuable relationships with key personnel, serving as the senior AIG point of contact for key broker partners, and formulating strategic business plans to identify critical client focus areas.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key business influencers at major brokerage operations
  • Championing new and existing business initiatives, working with Managing Directors, Broker Engagement and Underwriting Business Partners
  • Collaborating with Senior leadership to ensure Client Centric Focus is integrated into all sales and business planning
  • Developing and implementing collaborative marketing strategies to achieve business production and performance goals
  • Managing account and product portfolio across Distribution and Profit Center resources
  • Driving the AIG value proposition and ensuring clients are aware of the array of products, services, and solutions available
  • Developing plans to improve portfolio and account performance, enhance service, and strengthen relationships with major account clients
  • Delivering results in new business production and cross-selling from existing clients in line with set objectives
