Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Coordinator to join our Partner Ecosystem Success team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for gathering and preparing data insights, supporting various activities related to partner engagement, creating assets for internal and external communication, and assisting in the development of partner events.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and prepare data/insights for the team to inform strategic decisions.
- Support the team in activities such as preparing agency engagement, follow-ups, and content creation.
- Develop and manage content for social media projects and internal communications.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute partner events.
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, lifelong learning, and professional growth within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Communications, History, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and business social platforms, including LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and systems.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) and willingness to learn additional languages.
