Business Development Strategist

As a key member of our Emerging Benelux & Nordics team in Barcelona, you will play a vital role in the continued expansion of our business in the region. Your primary focus will be on retaining and growing a diverse range of existing business clients from various industries, while developing strategic partnerships across Criteo's products.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational account management to small to medium-sized advertisers, ensuring seamless alignment with our service level agreements.
- Grow revenue and optimize client accounts to enhance performance.
- Advise clients on their digital strategy, educate them on Criteo's technology across channels and devices, and effectively communicate their marketing goals to various stakeholders.
- Optimize client accounts to improve performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide consultative guidance on market challenges and recommended solutions.
- Develop a consultative approach to upsell new solutions, understanding clients' objectives and pitching relevant solutions aligned with their short-term business plans.
Requirements:
- Strong business acumen to navigate a multitasking environment where prioritization is essential.
- Proficiency in all core MS Office applications.
- Passion for new media, internet trends, and continuous learning.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills across all levels.
- Ability to act as a consultant and be reactive in front of any potential situations.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail to explore product performances and explain recommendations.
- Proven sales and client service track record, ideally in a tech or marketing related field.
- Fluency in English, and Dutch or a Nordic language is a plus.
