Ejecutivo De Customer Service

Nuestro cliente, una reconocida empresa ubicada en Mendoza, está en la búsqueda de un profesional en Comercio Exterior para desempeñarse como Ejecutivo de Customer Service. El rol está enfocado en la coordinación integral de procesos de importación y exportación, asegurando un servicio eficiente y de calidad, además de gestionar la comunicación continua con los clientes y el equipo comercial.
Funciones Principales- Coordinar y gestionar pedidos de importación del grupo asegurando la correcta emisión de despachos (proformas, packing, especificaciones técnicas, análisis y certificados de origen, etc.).
- Atender y mantener comunicación constante con clientes y comerciales durante todo el proceso de importación y exportación.
- Gestionar y coordinar pedidos de exportación desde la orden hasta la entrega de documentación en destino.
- Gestionar cobros, liquidación de divisas, cierre de PE y FC, y seguimiento de reintegros de exportaciones.
- Generar informes relacionados con el comercio exterior (saldos temporales, status de cobranzas, divisas pendientes, calendarización de pagos).
- Mantener actualizados los sistemas internos con el estado de las órdenes en curso.
- Asistir al área comercial y gestionar registros de productos en el exterior.
- Estudios terciarios y/o universitarios en Comercio Exterior, Administración de Empresas o afines.
- Idiomas: Inglés y/o portugués avanzado (excluyente).
- Manejo avanzado de MS Office y sistemas de gestión.
- Experiencia previa de dos años en roles similares.
