About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Division Advisor for the Industrial Print division at HP. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, improving staff efficiency, and facilitating effective communication within the organization and with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Industrial Print Office, overseeing all requests from Industrial functions, WW Print, WW Finance, and WW Investor Relations.
  • Plan and execute staff forums, including staff meetings and organizational reviews, ensuring efficient decision-making and action item follow-up.
  • Prepare and present meeting content, including external presentations, customer meetings, internal meetings, speeches, and outlines, managing follow-through on action items.
  • Develop and maintain a consolidated calendar with the EA's help, ensuring that all preparation calls, meetings, reviews, and events do not conflict with other organizations' calendars.
  • Communicate the agenda and date well in advance to optimize participation.
  • Manage cross-HP initiatives for Industrial Print, including risk management, business continuity, and audit.
  • Deliver half-year and full-year dashboards for L3 performance conversations.
  • Support the head of Strategy in defining and refining the business unit's strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
