Wir suchen einen/eine ambitionierten und motivierten Sales Operations Analyst (m/w/d) für unser Commercial Excellence Team am Standort Düsseldorf. Du wirst enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Vertriebsleitung im zugewiesenen Cluster, direkte Berichterstattung an den Sales Operations Manager und die Entwicklung von Deal-Modellen und Durchführung von Szenarioanalysen in Bezug auf die Gesamtvertriebsstrategie des Clusters und die angebotenen kommerziellen Lösungen durchführen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung von Deal-Modellen und Durchführung von Szenarioanalysen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Vertriebsleitung und direkte Berichterstattung an den Sales Operations Manager
  • Erfüllung von Ad-hoc- und routinemäßigen Analyseanforderungen
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei der Steigerung der Kundenbindung und der Vertragseinhaltung
  • Integration neuer Produkte und Dienstleistungen in bestehende Angebote
  • Regelmäßige Aktualisierung relevanter KPI-Messungen
  • Entwicklung, Wartung und Aktualisierung von Systemen oder Tools
  • Teilnahme an Kundengesprächen und Bereitstellung von analytischer Unterstützung
Dein Kompetenzprofil

Wir suchen nach einem/einer Kandidaten, der/die über folgende Qualifikationen verfügt:

  • Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in den Bereichen Finanzen, Vertriebsoperationen, Vertragsmanagement oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung mit Datenverarbeitungssoftware
  • Tiefes Verständnis der wirtschaftlichen Kundensegmente und Bedürfnisse
  • Kooperative Arbeitsweise und Fähigkeit zur engen Zusammenarbeit mit NKAMs, CCMs und Vertriebsleitungsteams
  • Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch
