About the Role
Nivoda Limited is scaling at an unprecedented pace, and we need world-class talent to help us reach new heights. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) prospecting in the DACH region, you will play a crucial role in fuelling our growth engine by identifying, nurturing, and delivering high-potential leads that turn into long-term partnerships. This role is about laying the groundwork for success, and your efforts will directly impact Nivoda's journey to 10-figure GMV.
Our core DNA: we start with the customer and seek to understand. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to create strong, lasting relationships by effectively conveying the value of Nivoda's platform. Your role will be pivotal in transforming curiosity into opportunity and laying the foundation for business growth.

We are an extremely fast-growing B2B marketplace changing how the global jewellery industry operates. We connect buyers and sellers of jewellery on our online platform and facilitate the most transparent, efficient, and cost-effective way for the jewellery industry to sell and buy jewellery.

Your Responsibilities
• Prospect & Identify Opportunities: Identify high-potential leads through market research, inbound lead management, and outbound prospecting. You'll engage decision-makers to understand their challenges and determine how Nivoda can help.
• Create a Memorable First Impression: You'll be the face of Nivoda for many potential customers, creating a strong first impression through personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and more.
• Qualify Leads: Through effective communication and deep listening, you'll identify the prospects most likely to benefit from Nivoda's offerings and nurture these leads into warm opportunities for the Business Development Managers.
• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the BDMs to seamlessly transition qualified leads, ensuring alignment and communication that drives efficiency.
