About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Security and Privacy Program Specialist to join our Product Security and Privacy Operations (PSPO) function. As a key member of the PSPO Team, you will play a crucial role in establishing a highly efficient working environment for managing projects related to product security and privacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation and execution of Product Security and Privacy governance bodies, managing agendas, developing schedules and materials, and ensuring the delivery of tasks by corresponding stakeholders.
  • Collect feedback and KPIs to track the execution of projects and activities, adoption of Product Security and Privacy initiatives and standards, and their impact on strategic objectives.
  • Create regular reports and updates to various stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships and cross-collaboration with other functions and major stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of team initiatives with overall company goals.
  • Support internal communication activities to tell the story of Product Security and Privacy across the organization.
  • Support the creation and management of Product Security and Privacy training materials, coordinate the work with different stakeholders, and monitor completion.
  • Develop and implement engagement programs and activities to promote teamwork, morale, and motivation within the team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.).
