Security Compliance Specialist

Semrush is seeking a highly skilled Security Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Security Compliance & Common Flow team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company complies with security standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Conduct security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security compliance is integrated into all aspects of our business.
- Provide training and awareness programs to employees on security best practices and policies.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and regulatory requirements to ensure that our company remains compliant.
- 3+ years of experience in security compliance, information security, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and industry best practices.
- Experience in conducting SOC 2 audits or participation in similar audits.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
