Key Responsibilities- Product Security and Privacy Governance:
- Support the preparation and execution of Product Security and Privacy governance bodies, managing agendas, developing schedules and materials, and ensuring the delivery of tasks by corresponding stakeholders.
- Collect feedback and KPIs to track the execution of projects and activities, adoption of Product Security and Privacy initiatives and standards, and their impact on strategic objectives.
- Create regular reports and updates to various stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management and Internal Communication:
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships and cross-collaboration with other functions and major stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of team initiatives with overall company goals.
- Support internal communication activities to tell the story of Product Security and Privacy across the organization, ensuring effective communication channels and messaging are in place.
- Training and Awareness:
- Support the creation and management of Product Security and Privacy training materials, coordinate work with different stakeholders, and monitor completion.
- Support the preparation and execution of internal events related to Product Security and Privacy to raise awareness.
- Team Engagement:
- Develop and implement engagement programs and activities to promote teamwork, morale, and motivation within the team, driving corresponding project plans.
- Cultivate continuous improvement by monitoring team dynamics, conducting surveys, and collecting feedback to assess team engagement, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations.
- Overarching:
- Exercise excellent people skills, be a team player motivated by the opportunity to solve problems within a dynamic environment.
