Security and Compliance Specialist

About the Role
The F. Hoffmann-La Roche Gruppe is seeking a highly skilled Security and Compliance Specialist to join our Product Security and Privacy Operations (PSPO) function. As a key member of the PSPO Team, you will play a crucial role in establishing a highly efficient working environment for PSPO.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Security and Privacy Governance: Support the preparation and execution of Product Security and Privacy governance bodies, managing agendas, developing schedules and materials, and ensuring the delivery of tasks by corresponding stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management and Internal Communication: Develop and maintain trusted relationships and cross-collaboration with other functions and major stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of team initiatives with overall company goals.
- Training and Awareness: Support the creation and management of Product Security and Privacy training materials, coordinate work with different stakeholders, and monitor completion.
- Team Engagement: Develop and implement engagement programs and activities to promote teamwork, morale, and motivation within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Security, Business Administration).
- Excellent people skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to stay updated on industry best practices and trends.
