Hr Security and Compliance Lead

Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in cybersecurity and compliance? Do you have a passion for designing and implementing security policies and procedures? We are seeking a highly skilled Hr Security and Compliance Lead to join our team at Talent Search People.
Job Summary:We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in cybersecurity and compliance to lead our security and compliance efforts. As a Hr Security and Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for designing and developing security policies, standards, and procedures in accordance with organizational goals. You will also evaluate and advise on the implementation and effectiveness of cybersecurity safeguards to ensure they provide the intended level of protection.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop security policies, standards, and procedures in accordance with organizational goals.
- Evaluate and advise on the implementation and effectiveness of cybersecurity safeguards.
- Perform risk assessments to identify gaps in compliance with information security standards and policies.
- Devise strategies and implement controls to minimize risk.
- Identify risks and escalate to stakeholders.
- Support GDPR and Data Privacy topics.
- Functional expertise on any HCM solution and associated applications.
- At least 8 years of sound industry experience in one or more of the following areas: cyber strategy, information security, privacy governance, assessment, remediation, policies, procedures, data retention concepts, and data classification implementation knowledge.
- Familiarity with GDPR regulatory requirements and other privacy regulations.
- Good understanding of RBAC/ABAC.
- Knowledge of security policies and procedures, design, and implementation of security policies, procedures, standards, and controls in line with regulation and/or current standards.
