Job Summary

Talent Search People is seeking a highly skilled Hr Security and Compliance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures to protect our organization's data and systems.
  • Evaluate and advise on the implementation and effectiveness of cybersecurity safeguards to ensure they provide the intended level of protection.
  • Perform risk assessments to identify gaps in compliance to information security standards and policies and devise strategies to minimize the risk.
  • Identify and escalate risks to stakeholders, ensuring data security governance, data classification, data security design, security management, personal information compliance, and protection consulting.
  • Resolve privacy and security issues, supporting GDPR and data privacy topics.

Requirements

  • Functional expertise in HCM solutions and associated applications, including global HR, application security, and compensation.
  • At least 8 years of industry experience in cybersecurity strategy, information security, privacy governance, assessment, remediation, policies, procedures, data retention concepts, and data classification implementation knowledge.
  • Familiarity with GDPR regulatory requirements and other privacy regulations.
  • Good understanding of role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC).
  • Knowledge of security policies and procedures, design, and implementation of security policies, procedures, standards, and controls in line with regulations and current standards.
