About the Role

Holded is seeking a highly experienced and strategic VP of Marketing to lead and execute our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the SMB and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Holded's business objectives, target market, and brand positioning
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth
  • Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of Holded's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints
  • User Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition through various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, partnerships, and events
  • Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty through targeted marketing campaigns, communications, and customer relationship management
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate with product management and sales teams to develop and execute product marketing initiatives, including product launches, messaging, and positioning
  • Data-driven Insights: Utilize data analytics and market research to identify opportunities, evaluate performance, and optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, optimizing spend to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including sales, product, and customer success, to align marketing efforts and drive overall business success
  • Industry Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and maintain Holded's competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Previous proven experience as VP of Marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies for SMB or SaaS companies
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
