**Job Opportunity: Project & Structured Finance Senior Analyst**

Leap29 has a fantastic opportunity for a Project & Structured Finance Senior Analyst to support the development, financing, and sale of large-scale Solar & BESS projects across the EMEA Region.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain financial models for project acquisitions, financings, PPA and EPC bids, and M&A activities.
  • Coordinate due diligence for acquisitions, financings, and sales.
  • Prepare market reports, investment memorandums, and project teasers.
  • Assist in the origination, negotiation, and closing of finance transactions.
  • Analyze investment drivers, perform sensitivity analyses, and assess tax and regulatory implications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and ensure smooth project progress.
  • Conduct research, statistical analysis, and manage project insurance programs.

**Requirements:**

  • Advanced Excel skills, including experience with macros and Visual Basic.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Finance and/or M&A.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and prioritize tasks.

**Education & Training:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience with a Big Four firm or investment fund is a plus.
  • MBA or relevant master's qualification is highly desirable.
  • Native-like proficiency in English (other European languages are a plus).
