Leap29 is seeking a highly skilled Project & Structured Finance Senior Analyst to support the development, financing, and sale of large-scale Solar & BESS projects across the EMEA Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for project acquisitions, financings, power purchase agreements, and engineering, procurement, and construction bids.
  2. Coordinate due diligence for acquisitions, financings, and sales, ensuring seamless project execution.
  3. Prepare in-depth market reports, investment memorandums, and project teasers to facilitate business growth.
  4. Assist in the origination, negotiation, and closing of finance transactions, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
  5. Analyze investment drivers, perform sensitivity analyses, and assess tax and regulatory implications to inform business decisions.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and ensure smooth project progress.
  7. Conduct research, statistical analysis, and manage project insurance programs to mitigate risks.
Requirements:
  1. Advanced Excel skills, including experience with macros and Visual Basic.
  2. Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities, with a focus on project finance and M&A.
  3. Minimum 3 years of experience in project finance and/or M&A, with a proven track record of success.
  4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions and prioritize tasks.
Education & Training:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  2. Experience with a Big Four firm or investment fund is a plus.
  3. MBA or relevant master's qualification is highly desirable.
  4. Native-like proficiency in English (other European languages are a plus).
