About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our SAP Data Management and Landscape Transformation team. As a key member of our global organization, you will work closely with customers to help them transition to cloud applications and improve their data and system landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify customer business needs and design solutions using HCM/SFSF Data Management & Landscape Transformation portfolio and beyond.
  • Lead and drive customer opportunities throughout engagement phases, architecting solution designs and facilitating workshops.
  • Deliver DMLT projects remotely and onsite, collaborating with colleagues across different organizational units and locations.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and system analyses, leveraging SAP DMLT technology and methodology.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering technology consulting customer projects or as business project consultant for SAP HCM/SuccessFactors.
  • Experience in at least one SAP Data Management solution, such as Landscape Transformation 2.0, Migration Cockpit, or LSMW.
  • Knowledge of core business processes, including hire-to-retire.
  • Programming knowledge and experience (ABAP, Python, JAVA, etc.) is a strong asset.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
