We are seeking a seasoned consultant with expertise in HCM and SuccessFactors data management to join our global team. About the Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying customer business needs and designing solutions using HCM and SuccessFactors data management capabilities
- Leading customer opportunities through all engagement phases, from presales to delivery
- Facilitating workshops and discussions to validate solution designs
- Delivering projects remotely and onsite, collaborating with global teams
- Conducting feasibility studies and system analyses using SAP DMLT technology and methodology
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering technology consulting projects or business project consulting for SAP HCM/SuccessFactors
- Experience with SAP Data Management solutions, such as Landscape Transformation 2.0, Migration Cockpit, Infoporter, or LSMW
- Knowledge of core business processes, including hire-to-retire
- Programming skills in ABAP, Python, JAVA, or other languages
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
