HCM/SuccessFactors Data Management Senior Consultant

SAP is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Data Management and Landscape Transformation (DMLT) team. As a Senior Consultant, you will work closely with customers to design and implement solutions for their HR-related data management needs.
Key Responsibilities- Identify customer business needs and design solution proposals from the HCM/SFSF Data Management & Landscape Transformation portfolio.
- Lead and drive customer opportunities throughout all engagement phases, including presales, sales, and delivery.
- Facilitate customer workshops and discussions to validate solution designs.
- Lead the delivery of DMLT projects remotely and onsite, collaborating with colleagues across different organizational units, hierarchy levels, and locations.
- Conduct feasibility studies and system analyses, supported by SAP DMLT technology and methodology.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering technology consulting customer projects or as a business project consultant for SAP HCM/SuccessFactors.
- Experience in at least one SAP Data Management solution, such as SAP Landscape Transformation 2.0, Migration Cockpit, Infoporter, or LSMW.
- Knowledge of core business processes, such as hire-to-retire.
- Programming knowledge and experience (ABAP, Python, JAVA, etc).
